What is a Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)?
The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a Singapore government initiative that aims to assist SMEs in investing in technology and IT solutions that improve existing business processes and increase productivity.
PSG provides up to 50% funding support to businesses that choose pre-approved solutions, such as RHAD’s Digital Marketing solutions.
Note: Companies are subject to an annual grant cap of S$30,000 for solutions, which begins on April 1 and ends on March 31 of the following year.
Eligible employers for SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) will also receive a one-time S$10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of qualifying costs out of pocket. Both the PSG and SFEC credit share the goal of assisting employers, particularly SMEs, in accelerating enterprise and workforce transformation.
What does the PSG cover?
Retail, manufacturing, wholesale trade, logistics, food, logistics, precision engineering, construction, and landscaping are covered by the PSG. In addition, the PSG supports customer relationship management, data analytics, financial management, inventory tracking, online collaboration tools, virtual meeting and telephony tools, queue management systems, and temperature screening solutions.
How much funding can my business get?
SMEs can receive up to 50% funding support for pre-approved solutions under PSG.
Who is eligible for PSG?
To qualify for PSG with RHAD: Your business must be registered and operating SME in Singapore. Have at least 30% local shareholding.
Purchase/subscription of IT solutions/equipment must be used in Singapore.
How do I apply for the PSG Grant?
Applications are made through the Business Grants Portal (BGP) using your CorpPass.
How long does the approval process take?
Typically, 4–6 weeks. RHAD will guide you on preparing the right documents to ensure a smooth process.
Can startups apply for PSG?
Yes, as long as you are a registered company in Singapore with a UEN and meet the eligibility criteria.
What documents do I need to apply?
Quotation from pre-approved vendor Latest financial statements (if required) Company’s UEN Bank account details for reimbursement.
