Project Description

An airline website has to serve two journeys at once.

Travellers need to find flights, offers and useful information quickly. The business needs the same website to support ticket sales and promote its latest deals.

Royal Brunei Airlines needed a responsive experience built around both.

Our Impact

The website has remained live for more than three years, demonstrating a robust and scalable foundation.

It supports ticket sales, deal promotion and traveller information across devices.

By structuring the experience around user journeys, the site connected passenger needs with Royal Brunei’s commercial goals.

Our Challenge

  • Make complex airline information easier to navigate.
  • Support ticket sales and deal promotion within one experience.
  • Build a responsive website that could remain useful over time.

Our Solution

Working with Dog Digital, we used research, personas and traveller journeys to understand what different users needed from the website.

Those insights shaped how information was organised, how pages connected and how users moved towards booking.

The responsive design made the experience accessible across devices, while the content structure balanced traveller questions with the airline’s need to promote routes and offers.

The result was a website planned around decisions, not simply destinations.

Royal Brunei’s website was built to help travellers move from interest to information—and from information to booking.
