The Elan Clinic

Project Description

The Elan Clinic was spending more, but getting less certainty in return.

Rising acquisition costs, weak campaign structure and unreliable conversion tracking made it difficult to see which treatments were truly driving leads.

RHAD was brought in to fix the data, rebuild the account and make every dollar work harder within one month.

Our Impact

Against the May dashboard baseline, monthly spend fell by 32.6%, from SGD 19,044.43 to SGD 12,827.97.

At the same time, leads increased from 89.01 to 133, while cost per lead dropped by 54.9%, from SGD 213.96 to SGD 96.45.

The clinic saved approximately SGD 6,216 and gained 44 more leads in June.

Our Challenge

  • Fix unreliable tracking before making further media decisions.
  • Reduce wasted spend without slowing lead generation.
  • Find the treatment campaigns most likely to convert.

Our Solution

We first corrected the conversion tracking, replacing unreliable Google Ads data with verified GA4 reporting.

The campaign structure was then simplified around clearer treatment and search intent.

Low-value searches were removed, negative keywords were tightened and budget was moved toward stronger-performing areas.

Remarketing delivered 28 leads at SGD 43.58 each, while the Rosacea campaign converted leads at SGD 122.84, with one keyword achieving SGD 43.14 per conversion.

Better data led to better decisions—and better results.

The Elan Clinic did not need to spend more to grow. It needed to know where the money was working.
